The year is 2066
A global attack has taken billions of lives. There is chaos, confusion, and Death! Most military organizations have been wiped out or reduced to a fraction of what they were. The earth as we know it has changed in the blink of an eye and there is no turning back. Only tomorrow holds the answer to our future. Yesterday has fallen.

Who was responsible for this genocide? They call themselves the Scythe. They believe they were empowered by angels to judge man and cleanse the earth of evil. They have been plotting for two thousand years waiting for the time to unleash the ultimate wrath on mankind. Vowing to destroy everything in their path to gain ultimate control of this world and all who reside in it. To make man reap what he has sewn for so long. They will not stop until all bow down to the Scythe. The war they bring has been named The Reaper.

The first attacks were the most devastating. Scythe cells simultaneously detonated dirty bombs all over the planet. Strategically placed, these mass explosions not only leveled cities but also unleashed biological agents into the air. These chemicals would cause human skin to be eaten down to the bone. Weapon I.D. : Necrolizer X.

Five years later the Scythe rule our planet, or what's left of it. Those that survive now serve this ominous organization. They atone for their so called evil ways by giving total allegiance to the Scythe leader known as the Harvester. A ruthless dictator that claims he is the angel of death in flesh form. He feeds off the screams of the tortured souls that do not conform to his reign. He is an evil like no other in history.

There is a resistance. An unlikely union that has formed an elite group of freedom fighters to overthrow the power that binds the new world. This alliance is between GI Joe and Cobra. Many leaders from the Joes and Cobra were killed in the Reaper Wars including Duke and Cobra Commander. But those that remain now fight together in the effort to take back what belongs to mankind. They are combining all their resources together to build what they need to defeat this merciless enemy. They call themselves the Fallen.

When you fall the only thing to do is get up! Rise up! Become stronger than what put you down! When the Fallen rise the Scythe will know what true wrath is! It will be like nothing they have ever known! Out of the ashes the Fallen will emerge and reclaim our world and our freedom!

I really like it! in my (just in my head) joe verse there has been an unnamed event, so your story plugs in nice. also in my verse joe and cobra have been almost eradicated, also fits nicely.

joe and cobra are both being hunted by KOBRA, which could easily be an organization of the scythe. maybe in my verse the left behind joes and cobras have not joined forces yet, and they know not that the KOBRA org. is in fact the scythe.

I forgot to mention that the necrolizerx could be developed from snake venom. one function of some snakes venom is to break down the cells of it's prey, kind of predigesting. KOBRA ORG. could of secretly developed necrolizerx at an abandoned cobra lab. the clone of globulus as their head scientist ...

Cool back story, they all look great and I especially like the Queen.

Yeah, I said it on another board, but I had to look at these again here, and then reiterate just how good I think these figures are. The parts choices are good, but your paint apps are what make these over the top! Great work, man!
