Was just at a Five Below yesterday and saw what to me was an "unreleased wave". The wave of four guys including this guy, (for a whopping $3!):

Oh, and so as to not hijack the thread too much...Five Below also had some Marvel offerings, incl. older Captain America figs, and a couple Marvel Infinite, and the smaller Age of Ultron stuff.

Finally saw these at retail, but it was Fry's Electronics and they were $16.99 each.

Got the Agent 13 set last night. Black panther looks awesome, but just realized today he has no wrist articulation. That gets a major WTF. You give the guys all the other articulation, but stop there? Will never get it.

that is how all the new Marvel legends 3.75 in are :(

plus I checked 2 TRUs and both were already sold out of that set
yet ALL the repainted Iron Man/Captain America sets remain

Ya don't say! Shocking haha. I saw both sets in person. I really want the Agent 13 set. But I'm cheap and want Marvel Legends more.
