However, the GitDs are transparent, while these freebies are solid. They were completely down the wrong path, plastics-wise; it seems.

did you try putting them under a light, then taking them in the bathroom?

Just what are you expecting me to do with them in the bathroom?

The Celestial armor makes for great power-ups, but I realize now that 'Celestial Amazon' needs to be added to the We Need This Figure, Too list.

My only regret from not doing the All-In was missing out on the Celestial pack - for this very reason.

Wonder how much I'll get gouged trying to get them on the secondary market...

Well, if you'd listen to the podcast, you'd know I expect you to shove as many of them into your mouth as possible.

DO YOU NOT LISTEN TO THE PODCAST

What the hell's a podcast? Are you trying to body-snatch me?

I' think I'm gonna try coating the interior of the Celestial armor bits with a blackwash so they're not so see-through and the 'blackness of space' effect gets reinforced.

Are some of the Vitruvian HACKS actually 95mm / 3.75'' tall?

If so ..which ( or more specifically which feet must one use in order for them to be this height)?

I don't believe so. The female is the smaller of the two and even with flat slipper feet and bald head, she is a smidge under 4". Now maybe if you cut the neck down and used a smaller head sculpt you might be able to get it down a .25 of an inch, but not out of the package.

Hm. Thanks. I saw a height listing suggesting the range was between 9 - 12 cm tall depending upon the feet.

In fact that was on the Boss fight website now that i have searched. Ah well.

There's virtually no height differences between the feets, maybe 1mm at most due to the addition of the shoe soles.

Actually it wasn't a Boss Fight website that stated the height. It was this website that mentioned it .

http://118archive.com/archive.php?searchLine=Vitruvian%20HACKS%20:%20Blanks

SLIGHTLY off topic:

You fans of Vitruvian HACKS Greek Mythology figures might want to start listening to " HARDCORE HISTORY" Podcast by Dan Carlin

All of the battles you might imagine ...he describes in great detail along with the painting a very in depth picture of the times.

It's because of him that i'm even considering picking up a HACK figure . An unintended consequences of listening to the episode "King of Kings I" (and II). It deals with the Achaemenid Persian empire and the Athenians for that matter.

7 football fields covered with thousands of litres of blood....

Yeah, I *love* Dan Carlin's stuff and have been listening to his HH's religiously for a few years now. I'm dying to fab up a shield with a cat strapped to it because of him, lol.

And I'm thinking that 9-12cm height range is Dan just giving a generic range that includes the difference between the women at 9cm, the men at the standard 10cm, and the 12cm that the Gorgons best pose at although they're about 18cm all stretched out.
