What I got today...

Got my All-In and add-ons on Friday. Finding it a bit overwhelming the amount of stuff to open and sort through. So for now I've put some packaged stuff on my display wall (8 skeletons, 15 blanks, a few carded figures accessory sets etc.). This way I can at least "see" some of my stuff. They do display nicely this way, hopefully I'll see them in a specialty shop some day and not just online.

Also spent a bit of time reorganizing my display shelves today to accommodate the Hacks. The floating shelves I'd built a few months back when the first shipment came got temporarily re-purposed and had to be cleared.

Stopped into Wal-Mart to check out some leads on a new phone.

Found some newer Star Wars figures on the shelves: Finn as Stormtrooper, Admiral Ackbar, Inkar Platt, and Captain Rex. The Captain Rex head could also be used for a Dreadnok, if any of the casters get a hold of one.

Also got an Imaginext Man-Bat to have for my Batman figures.

Found two of the MacFarlane AMC Walking Dead building sets on clearance for $7 each. Got the Governor's Room and the Prison Gate & Fence.

I like how there are skulls inside the tanks AND they light up. Gonna look cool when I put that in the Dr. Mindbenders lab dio I wanna build.

Sweet. You still in the Springs? I can start looking for Gamora and another yellow DD (for my D-Man custom) if they're hitting local.

Got them in Illinois, but if this crappy TRU got them, they should be hitting other stores soon.

Is Gamora's armor detail sculpted, or is it just painted on a plain buck?

All sculpted, entirely new body mold. Rage is on the Bishop buck with new bigger lower arms with sculpted gloves. The arms Bishop should have had from the begining, instead of painted hands as gloves.

Got these at Wal-Mart today. I've had my eye on the helicopter for a while. I have ideas to use it once it has been chopped up for parts. The 4x4 was an impulse buy. It was reduced to 10$ from 30$, so I grabbed it for a future Adventure People custom.

That Corps! Helicopter with "Boulder" pilot was sold under the Adventure Force label at Walmart? Are you on the east coast or west coast of Canada (generally speaking)?

East coast. They also had a small fighter jet (with a huge bubble canopy) an an attack boat (with a twin cannon on the front).

Finally got the Sightline set from TRU today.

And a True Heroes Rocket Launcher.

EDIT:

Also grabbed a three pack of the little compartmented plastic boxes from the craft section at Wal-Mart.

Just looked at the receipt and the packaging and realized someone at Wal-Mart didn't take off the plastic strap holding the three together, because they are supposed to be sold individually...

Found the 4" Thunderstrike and Doc Ock at Gamestop. I had never seen this wave before. I couldn't resist. Also, picked up the newest Wreck-Gar. His bright colors make me happy. I broke my rule of not buying TF figures that re-use molds I already have, as I got Groove for $3.30 on Amazon last year. Oh well, he's a fun little guy and we were on vacation, so he clearly counts as a souvenir.

Didn't even know there was a 4" Black series Capt Phasma until Saturday. Now I don't have to bash the 5poa fig onto anything - this one's perfect.

While on a trip to Home Depot, I decided to run into the near bye Kohls store on the off chance they had anything I might be interested in. All previous visits yielded nothing.

Saw they had several racks of clearance items and several shelves of promotions.

Picked up some Star Wars figure packs at Buy One-Get 1/2 price:

2x Rebels Wullffwarro/Wookiee Warrior
Rebels Bossk/IG-88
Star Wars ESB Luke Bespin outfit (parts combiner version)

Got a Force Awakens Assault Walker and an Elite Speeder Bike for $9.89 each.

Really can't believe Kohls would have those vehicles sets marked $33 each originally.

Hadn't even seen the Rebels 2-packs before.
