As for me, I scored an MU Gamora yesterday. The sculpt is just amazing, but the lack of torso articulation pisses me off to no end. Deciding whether to swap it out with a ROC Scarlett torso or attempt to cut a joint into it. This could've been the best MU fig to date if they'd just left the friggin torso joint in place.

I hope the Gamoras are plentiful. If I get one in hand, I'm going to Orc up that head with tusks, and strip the body paint to use the body for Ghost in the Shell. It's all about the yield these days. The previous offerings were kinda' sad.

I had not thought of Cy-Kill's compatibility with Joes. Based on this pic from Toyark, he is the same height as Screwhead:




And Screwhead is about the size of a Joe:




So it could work. I have Cy-Kill on pre-order. I'll post pics when I get him.

Stopped in at Target and picked up the new Bebop and Rocksteady figures from the new TMNT line.

Think I will be using them similarly to the Bio-Viper and Monstro-Viper. They were two Dreadnoks before being experimented on.

My awesome wife picked up these cool animal skeletons for me today at a local dollar store!

They are above usual dollar store quality and the anatomy aside from the vertebrae on the horse's neck is pretty good, much better than many of the animal and dino skeletons you usually see in dollar stores.

I really like the ape skull, hopefully I can find more of these sets in the future.



This is interesting as it also shows a snake model on the bottom left corner. I am guessing that there might be other sets available with different models. There is a website on the back of the packaging ( www.oceandesertsales.com. ) which I am going to check out and see if there are other sets pictured.



Note the funky vertebrae on the horses in the middle row.

The ape skulls are worth the cost of the entire set alone.
