I had four misassembled figures; the pink Skel had two left forearms and hands, the black Skel had two left hands, the solid orange Blank female had two left hindarms, and my Sunny Wheat Blank male had two left thighs, knees, and calves but all his feets were correct. Several Male Blanks had over-flashing of various feet, where the ankle hinge was buried with just the peg exposed (easily sixed with two swips of my x-acto), while none of my Names were flawed in any way I can see. I told Catrina she's welcome to save themselves some shipping by including my replacement bits in with my pending order.

I haven't taken the time to verify if the Accessory Sets are complete beyond checking that there was two of everything that's supposed to be paired, but I haven't noticed anything missing.

I just placed my first order through the website. I ordered 4 blanks - 1 male and 1 female in light flesh tone and 1 male and 1 female in transparent blue. I'm looking forward to playing around with them when they arrive.

We'll probably change out some of the heads at some point. As we do new series, we'll have lots of new heads.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has had a few issues. Was starting to feel like the 'problem child'.

The figures really are great, despite the occasional issue. The customer service has been top notch thus far, however I had a missing figure and a defective figure in my last order, and after a week and two emails, I've yet to hear anything back....

Until the total after shipping and exchange rate showed $40.

What email address did you use?

First email was sent to an email which is listed as Catrina Arana and I have received emails from, (actually replied to an email I received from the address)
Second email was sent to the email listed at the bottom of the invoices, bossfightwebstore@bossfightstudio.com

Same here with a white blank. The international shipping rate put me off placing an order until there are some more figures that I want.

Hopefully the blanks will be something that are regularly restocked.

Yeah - I saw General Hawk post that on FB. Dammit.

Went and got 3 sets since I needed to get another Stheno anyway. Hoping for some Tartarus Guard heads.

Really tempted to get some white blanks, but I think I need to cool it for a couple of weeks and actually catch up on some customs first ;-)
