Some really clever uses of off-line parts in these. The CORPs females are just great looking.

I have been wanting a good pith helmet for a long time, finally animal planet (Chap Mei) made an excellent sculpt for there Giant Spider and Elephant sets. Took me a while to get around to making this considering that I did not want to purchse either set just for a helmet. My son whom loves the animal planet sets wanted the giant Spider set, so I made him a deal. I would buy him the set and trade him the guy out for one of my fully articulated Joes, and he keeps the rest for his Animal planet collection.

I had to hollow out the helmet pretty thin to get it to fit on the Dr. Jones head sculpt, but it stays on nice and tight. Let me know what you think.

Sorry for not passing on the idea sooner (at least your son got a good deal, lol), but I did the same thing a couple years ago, then sent it to Rodimus to cast, So if you find you need more, you can buy just the hat, already modded to fit.

figure looks neat. Those parts all go together perfect.

that is a great figure. your pics are truly amazing! your set is inspiring for sure.

man I wouldn't want to take on kong or the rhino with an m1 garand! and the raptor vs the .38 isn't much better odds! don't get me wrong, I love the ww2 era weapons with the look and feel of your figure. maybe add a large single shot rifle that you can say is in one of those huge safari calibers :)

I picked up a few extra Schleich Spartans and Romans, back when I had to make my own Custom Greeks. Still have a few left I haven't completely dismembered. Thought they would make great Medusa Victims. I dry brushed 2 shades of gey over a black base coat to get the stone effect.

I did a little Dry Brushing on the Myrmidon Armor. It really brings out the details on these amazing sculpts.

When I was chopping up that Storm Shadow armor for Furiosa I was like, "Why has no one used this for boot armor before? This is perfect." Glad to see I wasn't the only one who saw the possibilities in that part.

The force lightening on the sword looks crazy cool too.

the paint on the armor is amazing. And noted. I love making mods even to cool toys to personalize them. Need to set aside time for an armor painting day.

Also it's funny on those Schleich and Papo figures. I did the exact same thing just yesterday to the Spartan.

I hade some Iron Man Scrap-Parts in my fodder bin, so I cobbled them together and gave them complete repaints. Use dry brushing over a black base coat to create a weathered look.

I added a few more Trophies to Medusa's collection. The first 2 are Kit-Bashed HACKS, that I repainted. The last is, what was left of a Schleich Spartan, after being used for another project. I liked the idea of her taking hacking away at the her victims after they had been turned, especially if they had been a particularly troublesome enemy.
