Since I had a pile of those Star Trek figs sitting around (I think I bought them on clearance just for the furniture, ha ha), I tried a couple of those. The 12th Doc head broke when I tried to pull it out, and it left a soft neck stem. I was a able to poke a narrow hole in it, and it made the Star Trek heads fit perfectly.

Here is one with Scotty and one with Chekhov.

Rumor floating around is that the 3.75" range is dead. I hope we will at least get the last wave that we saw prototypes for 8 months ago (8th Dr, 2 versions of Missy and 2 more 60's Daleks) before they fully pull the plug.

I think only the book stores carry them in the U.S.
Walgreens & TRU no longer do so they've gotten harder to find. :(

GameStop carries them as well.

The rumors originated in the UK where just about everyone carries the line (I gueas I should spell it "rumours" then ;) ).

It's been radio silence since Al Dewar deleted his Twitter feed. They are worse at keeping fans informed than Hasbro is.

I just redid my "Doctor Who" 3.75" collection shelves to make way for a large and special addition (that will go in the empty spot to the right of the modern series Daleks) that will be delivered soon...

Tweeted C.O. and asked about the 3.75" 8th Doc and Missy that they showed pics of back in 2015.

They responded that there are no plans to release those figures. :/

Were UK sales that poor? They never got enough of a presence Stateside for that question to be legitimately asked, imho.

Well, I have a friend in the UK with whom I trade figures with a lot. Recently I asked him if he could get me another Into The Dalek set, and he was able to do it for under 10 pounds. I also managed to get a bunch of Spacesuit Docs, a second Mutant Scoop Dalek, and some other sundry characters which were on sale at TRU.

I still think they sold fairly well in the US at the locations that had them. By the time TRU here was forced to clearance them all that was left were Zygons. (at least at the three TRUs in my area). Walgreens sold out of all of the daleks almost instantly, and by the time *they* went to clearance, it seemed to just be Amy Ponds and the odd 12th Doc here and there. Barnes & Noble sold theirs fairly quickly at the locations near me. (They had the green-coat Doc/Gold Dalek wave). WhoNA has had no problem selling *most* of the figures, but they also have a few that seem to be sticking around.

So I don't really know what the story is. I think the main problem is that the BBC refuses to give the toy company any of the designs ahead of time, so by the time we got figures from a given episode, it was often more than a year later. They really should have pre-made them and dribbled them out as the season progressed, but the Beeb is just too tight-fisted. It's hard to know the real story because nobody says anything. Al Dewar is gone from twitter, and really I was shocked that CO responded to my tweet. They showed stuff more than a year ago that we've never seen, such as the black Dalek Patrol ship and of course 8th Doc and Missy. There was also the prototype console room time zone which never materialized (no pun intended).

I have a feeling that they will go back to the occasional release in the wrong scale (aka 5.5") and that will be it.

What else does CO produce? I'm thinking they're simply too small an operation to handle the license for the global market.

You found a Mutant Scoop Dalek at TRU? I have never seen that wave in the US, not even from www.whona.com.

That is the 1 figure that has eluded me from this line :(

I never got the Into The Dalek Time zone either but I only wanted the black Hoverbout from that set.

Did you ever find the corrected Series 8 TARDIS with the white Windows and current interior card? I have never seen one of those either.

I'm sorry I was unclear, my *UK Friend* bought the Mutant Scoop Dalek for me, along with the rest of those figures that were a TRU Exclusive over there. (Spacesuit Doc, etc). Everything was on clearance. I believe the Into The Dalek set is *still* available on clearance. If you know any UK based collectors you can hit up, you should try it. For the 10 pound clearance price, you get a pretty good pile of stuff. The gliding Dalek was actually kinda neater than I anticipated.

I asked him to keep his eye out for the 12th Doc version of the TARDIS, but so far no luck with that either. :/
