I'm looking to add to a gang of non-military, non-superpowered bad guys.

I've seen the Marvel Infinite Sandman figure on eBay for reasonable prices and I like the size and aesthetic. The only thing is that I'd need to swap the lower arms out for some Roadblock or similar lower arms.

Has anyone done this?

Why not seek out the Absorbing Man and Luke Cage figures that use the same buck with normal arms?

I've got a Luke Cage figure, but I like the look and colours of the Sandman figure - except for the lower arms.

The elbow joint looks the same as a joe figure so I thought that some bare lower arms may work with the figure without needing to worry too much about paint.
