According to Storm Shadow's actor Byung-Hun Lee, Paramount is trying to work around Dwayne Johnson's schedule to set a filming date on the third GI Joe movie.

He was all set during press for Retaliation, then Paramount put a hold on things. Now he's busy making blockbuster after blockbuster. We'll see what comes of it.

And with each blockbuster his price tag goes up.

For some reason typing that made me think Dwayne Johnson should get casted in the long awaited Spaceballs 2: The Search for More Money.

I heard there was a lawsuit going on with the writers of the original movie.

And really, if they never get around to a third movie, I'm not going to shed any tears over it. The second one was better than the first, but they're both so far removed from anything I really regard as G.I. Joe (the Storm Shadow - Snake Eyes battles notwithstanding), that it's kind of hard for me to care if they make another one or not.
