Busy day for the mailman. Got a Safari Ltd Cerberus for Amazon (thanks for the idea, Spectre), some clearanced fodder figs from HTS, and a sweet-ass warehouse dio and a "LASER BLAST" of decals from JC's very own J_man.

THANKS JOE

Diorama fodder from Walmart!

Image

The bat skeleton was $3.98 and the GITD aquarium pebbles were $3.22 each.

The pebbles will be used as eggs in future dioramas.

Received my Raginspoon order. It has a couple of pieces including this Action Force figure kit. I've already mounted the parts onto the Blowtorch base.

My Mom needed a chauffeur today to take her car up to the dealership to get the 30K maintenance done on it. Since she was feeling under the weather, I offered to help drive her up to Auburn (45 minutes away).

Stopped into the Big Lots there and found 2x of the World Peacekeepers Infantry Fighting Vehicles on the shelves. I hadn't seen them in Big Lots since a few years ago, so I got both of them. Realized as I was cashing out that this weekend is the Friends and Family event, so I plan to take them to my local store, return them, and get them for 20% off.

Also stopped at Real Deals and found a bunch of these inflatable wind-up boats. They had two kinds, so I grabbed two of each.

Thinking I can mod the middle to make these into single person crafts.

Also found these Cobra statues that would look cool in a Cobra Throne Room, on a Cobra themed building like the Silent Castle, along a hallway, plenty of Cobra-themed ideas.

$8 for 8 of them at Real Deals

Don't believe they are online. Just store locations.

Not so much something I got as much as something I got back. I was helping my mother clean out her basement, and found my old Starcom Shadow Bat! This was pretty much my favorite toy throughout childhood, and I thought it had been given away years ago, so I'm super excited to have it back, and surprised it is in such good condition (I need to hunt another Shadow Parasite on ebay, I only had one as a kid). It seems complete, too, and everything still works!

My awesome wife bought me K-2SO from "Rogue One" tonight.

This is my first Star Wars figure in over a year. I wanted him because Alan Tudyk, one of my favorite actors plays this character in the film.

Last year I wanted Unkar Plutt because Simon Pegg played him but I only ever saw him once and I had no fun money at the time.

Found these vehicle fresheners about a week ago while walking down the auto section inside a Walmart. And, since it's close to Halloween season, I snatched 'em up without hesitation! :-D

I'm wondering how much of an "infringement" the Zombie Viper head is to Hasbro's standards... lol!

All three heads are about the same size as the Marvel Legends or WWE Elite figures and pop right off the stick they're attached to. For a little under $3 dollars, this wasn't a bad deal for some fodder. Only drawback?... I usually don't work in 1:12th scale characters. :-/ Maybe if lmateo002 is taking a peek in this thread, these will give him an idea to work his 6" figure magic and whip up a body for the disembodied noggin. ;-)

I picked those up last year around this time. They smell great and the scent will last for quite a while. I think the smell finally faded around May of this year.

Got a few Star Wars figures: Han in brown jacket from the Force awakens, Sabrine Wren with removable helmet from the new Rogue One series and I ordered K-2S0, the Black series U-Wing and a few other Force Awakens figures that were on sale like Poe in his jacket and the Finn, Rey and BB8 boxset.

Scored these awesome cauldron/cooking pots at Halloween World. They were $4.99 for a 12pk.

Image

They are far better than the ones that were out years ago as they feature sculpted textures across the entire exterior and a deeper lip at the top (inside of lip still needs to be filled in with clay/putty/resin for a more solid appearance) where the older ones were smooth and had shallow lips at the top.

With a 3.75" figure for scale:

I will have some extras available for trade as I do not need all 12.
