What are my options? and no, I do not want to use Gung Ho's military style cover that is similar... unless I must, in which case I have plenty. I do have newsculpt Ripper, and noticed his hat was removable. So I am contemplating boiling it off and casting it with greenstuff.

Echo Marauder wholeheartedly. Their baseball caps are both detailed and soft to fit on any number of heads. Got a gray one as my "freebie" and was over the moon, because I wear a gray cap and now my self custom can sport it too.

I have seen those, and they looked great, but I couldn't tell if they would be stretchy enough. Thanks guys! worst case scenario, I will hit them with a hair dryer to make them go on!

A bunch of people. New sculpt Duke, Barrel Roll, Spy Troops Agent Faces, Red Spot etc. Everybody has a new sculpt Duke, so if you could get me a pic of that, that would be great!

The marauder cap is pretty stretchy i'd be surprised if it didn't fit new sculpt figures
