Is there a good stripper out there for removing hasbro paint? in particular the paint used in the early 2000's.

If isopropyl 90% doesn't do it, you're stuck with acetone, which WILL react with the plastic, so be careful -

I use acetone on a paper towel, and have a rag that is wet with water nearby. I wipe with the acetone real quick, and then wipe off the acetone with water ASAP, before it can melt any of the details.

if you have to get in crevices, use a cotton swab (also known as a q-tip in some regions!) with acetone on it, and then rinse off with water asap.
