Midgets?

I want to make a midget figure for my noks. Any ideas for base figures?

The Bridge Direct's "The Hobbit" line had some nicely articulated "little people" base figures in differing heights depending on how short you want them.

The Marty figure from "Pirates Of The Caribbean: World's End" line has a great sculpt but is not as well articulated.

There's is a kid Boba Fett from the Star Wars Clone Wars line. It's pretty articulated. It's got knees, elbow, swivel wrist, etc.
