Is this old news or something new?

I was at a Ross in Flagstaff this week and found one Shooter 3-pack for $11.99. Was super stoked, since I almost bought it at regular price online earlier in the week.

Have the 50th Anniversary packs been showing up there before or is this something new? I'm hoping this is the start of them showing up, since I really like this set. I had only bough the Cobra set before, and was a little let down by it and never tracked this one down.

Yes starting just this week they have been showing up there.
I found one lonely Cobra set tonight.

Nothing Joe at the two I hit...but I did pick up another Captains Marvel two pack for 6.99 and a last scene Rey from Force Awakens for 3.50.
