Man, it's been awhile. Lots of things going on since last year that I haven't posted up things in quite awhile on a forum for Critiques.
Photobucket disaster, and the ease of Facebook and Instagram to share kind of led me astray. Going full blast for a couple of years kind of burns you out, and breaks are needed. I get my fix usually through PHX projects. I'm going to do my best to getting back to posting up here properly, now that I have found a newer picture host. I'll have some stuff to show for the next couple of weeks.

For my first custom of the year, I am showcasing Rock N Roll v2. I had high hopes for what the club version would be, and was let down quite a bit once it was revealed. They take alot of crap, some of it justified, some of it not. This was one of the figures I was very disappointed in though. The opportunity to make a V2 Rock N roll with minimal trouble shouldn't have been to difficult.

Not willing to pay Con prices, even though I'll give the club credit, the version they did was awesome.
I made mine with a combination of Raginspoon parts and a grey 50th Viper.

He's awesome! I'd buy him in heartbeat if he was at the store. Simply fantastic!

Dunno why, but the shells on his chest are the perfect touch to me... just a needed detail on an otherwise solid design, for some reason gives it just a touch of character.

I really like the use of the TV head for arip-It, it makes him distinct from his previous looks.

"LASER BLAST", that HISS is gorgeous! I want one.

And as Rip-It’s biggest (only?) fanboy I totally approve that excellent new look for him. I never figured the Techno Viper helmet could work for anyone else but you’ve proven otherwise.

now featuring Mainframe. Thanks for the feedback guys.

Ill go on record and state that the 86 vest from MTF is my favorite accessory in the last 10 years. Just a fantastic piece that lends itself to a variety of reinterpretations of Classic Joes.

Love Mainframe. Where did you find the helmet?

Funny backstory on that- I’ve been wanting to make a custom Mainframe for a couple of years. Raginspoon has the helmet, though it’s always sold out. I was at the point where I was going to scrap the build and reuse the parts (after a couple years of having it parted together). Then one day I check his site and it was on. Bought it! Next day, gone again. Got lucky on that.

Cool, I've had my eye on that helmet for a while. I did not know that it could fit an MTF head. Raginspoon's stuff is awesome, but it seems that he never has the stuff I want in stock. When something does show up, something else that I wanted goes out of stock. I'll keep an eye on it anyway.
