Already dealt with John once and everything came to me in beautiful condition as promised and I'm awaiting my second order from him now. What can I say? Everything is well priced, good communications (unlike what you get at Smalljoes) and speedy delivery. Now how can a guy complain about that? As proved by the comments in this thread, John is a great guy to deal with. Anybody who's purchased from his store knows that. But I want to put out a shout to John because of the way he handled my last order...

I purchased some stuff from his store about a month ago. After a couple of weeks, I hadn't received the package and started to wonder why it hadn't shown up. I know John has been busy with his other business and getting ready for the JoeCon, so I figured maybe there was a delay in shipping orders...no big deal to me since I know life sometimes gets in the way. But after about three and a half weeks and no package I got in touch with him to verify the ship date on my stuff. He emailed me back and let me know it had shipped (which I kind of figured it had), but if I don't have the stuff by this Monday, he will replace the order. I told him I didn't expect him to replace an order he already filled and that I figured the package got lost in shipment (not his fault).

But John was not to be put off by that. He responded back and said he will work it out with me and replace the order anyway. Now THAT'S the way to run a successful business. John, you are the man and like I said in my email response, you've got a customer for life. Thanks in bunches.
