I've been wanting a squad of generic 'bank robber' goons for, like, *ever*; and these SkullTroopers are dead perfect for the role. Now I gotta get BBTS to send my Hiya Batman to beat their asses, lol. I traded arm bandannas with Jonesy, Rex, and Raven for some individuality and will gear them up with some MTF hardware for serious ass-kickability once my current order comes in.

One small clarification is that the Visitor's clear blue panels do *not* have foot pegs on them, so they're not proper figure stands.

Grabbed the Visiter and the last skull goon. The only other new characters on the shelf were Dark Bomber and Firefly, both had just a single figure left.

Despite being stylized these are really well done figures. The skull guys body is essentially a repaint with a rubber arm bandana on but a nicely detailed head. The Visiter being a $19.99 figure for the added accessory pieces (meh) is really well designed and sculpted. Love the targeting display painted on the visor. Stiff joints but not too stiff they won’t move right of the package. If I had one complaint for any of the Fortnite figures from wave 1 or this one, it is the bicep/forearm sculpting prevents some range of motion issues for certain gun poses. Not a huge deal, but one I feel could be easily tweaked for later figures.

I thought all of this, while playing with my toys outside in the rain like a grown man.

Yeah, on all the ones I've been tweaking I cut a wedge off the front of the hindarm's elbow socket to let them bring the forearm up higher.

Man, if only this led to JazWares getting the 18th Hasbro license since Hasbro can't be arsed with to do "LASER BLAST" with it.

Yoinks! Scarfed the 2x Battle Hound and sole Toxic Trooper I found. Love the Hound's design, although I'm seeing both Chinese and Celtic elements and am mildly confused. Love the silvery sheen of the Toxic's uniform; and his helmet screams out to be Saga's Prince Robot, lol.

One of the Hounds has hair paint dabbed in a nostril to look like a bloody nose, but the other is fine. Both came with their heads wrapped in SaranWrap to keep the helmet from affecting them, which I've never encountered in a toy before.

The Toxic has a nice silvery sheen to him and my only wish is that the neck had more up/down range of motion but the design makes it understandable why it's limited. The head greatly reminds me of Saga's Prince Robot.

Has anyone seen any details on how Calamity is coming out? I'm assuming she'll be in a multipack.

EDIT: I was wrong. I see her carded figures on eBay. They better not short pack her.

Based on how hard Teknique is pegwarming, both Cal and the DBomber are probably shorted.

Very cool stuff, knowing nothing about Fortnite I'm always excited to see what pops up on the pegs.

Love the Celtic inspired stuff... I might have to do some early McCullen clan Iron Grenadiers!

Yeah, the Hounds are weird in that their outfits are Celtic but the helmets scream Chinese to me.

It seems like the solo mode figured are packed in two assortments. Havoc, Dark Bomber and Skull Trooper in one and Toxic Trooper, Battle Hound and Calamity in another. When my store stocked the second assortment, there were four of Calamity on the pegs.

The wife found me Skull Troopers today. I have to say I wasn't really interested in the figure. But, now having it in hand - I'm really impressed with him. Lots of possibilities for using the guy - I will need to figure out where he fits best in all my collections.
