Toy hunt humor - went to the Ross by me to see if they had more of the $20 packs. Find one and go up to the counter with this little old lady checking people out. Ends up I grabbed one without a price tag. She asks if I saw a price on the other ones. I told her $19.99. She gives me the "you're an idiot" face and starts punching in numbers. "There, it's $9 for that set". OK, you're the boss.

Looks like there is a new Fortnite 4pk in Europe that contains 2 new figures and 2 repacks.

Don't know if this is exclusive to the Europe or not.

The 4 pack I posted the pic of is a "refresh" of the pack currently at Walmart/Target/GameStop/etc.

2 of the figures (Moisty Merman and Trog) are the same but the Mission Specialist and High Rise Assault Trooper are new.

That new four pack is pretty cool.
With the High Rise Trooper sporting the same head and hair color as the previous Moisty Merman, I wonder if this one is sporting a new color scheme.
Would be cool if it was a redhead, that way it would be like the original GI Joe.


Saw today that they just released a Batman skin pack for the video game, man, it would be sweet to have a Batman figure built like the 4" figures.

Amazon has some good sales right now on the first wave 4 pack and the playsets. At that price I can justify picking them up for fodder.

I went to amazon 3 times and put it in my cart. I just hate amazon. trying to spend $5 more dollars to get free shipping about gave me an ulcer. then I found something and it didn't "qualify". after 2 times I just gave up and went to ebay. I like ebay because the filters actually work. on amazon I tried filtering by price, and it would go from 2,000 figures to like 6 figures.

still thanks for the heads up on that set though. I snagged one on ebay for $19.99 shipped. they said trending price is $21, but you have to watch shipping prices. there were two more adds on there for $21, $22 free shipping.

got my $19.99 4 pack. ragnarok, well …..rocks best of the line so far for me. mine was missing a shoulder armor that was floating around in the plastic tray. I might glue it back on or rok the one shoulder exposed look. he got a frost giant head, skum helmet, dragon heart shield, and an axe. instant evil knight who serves the dragon queen, or is he aligned with the cult of the serpent?

here are the figures I put together for my 6yr old granddaughter. I tried to stay fun and minimal paint. I have them in a loot piñata I saved stuffed with candy and repurposed boxy girl boxes with other small toys. oh and confetti



the first figure I gave her with a fortnite head was the bear left pink on that same 5poa starwars figure above. on it I cut the holster off and painted the pants purple.

I grabbed 2 more 4 packs from Target at $12 each.


They still have a ton of Drift (gotta get one) and a ton of Bandolier for under $4.

Might grab more pink pinatas if the drop from $7.50 to $5.

The Jonesy/Raven sets are still $20.
