Considering i've been working on multiple APC inspired micro vehicles lately that unit is a must have. I don't care if it's in 1:18th scale. I'll perform whatever mods i need to to make it work in micro scale.

I just went through my Walmart's toy aisles. Hardly any Lanard stuff at all besides the one or 2 Jumanji sets. They don't even have a section for them. Oh but Toy Story which has come & gone still gets a whole 1/4 of the wall space.

I checked Walmart.com the other night and they were on it, but in store only. since my walmarts never got new corps or the dino sets, I bet these won't be here either.

It will take a month or two for them to hit our Wally World. I have to drive and hour or so from here to really find anything

and they claimed they would be filling in when TRU went under
neither Walmart or Target ever fulfilled that promise :roll:

I was running errands and had to stop by Wal-Mart over the weekend. Because of what Dan mentioned, I made sure to swing by and check the shelves. On Saturday afternoon, these Alien sets were not out. Come Sunday morning, all of the sets with the exception of the Alien queen were in stock and on shelves. I bought 4 sets including the APC one. I passed on the Loader set. Initially, I was a little bummed about the overall size of the APC. However, it has two dedicated seats molded into the interior along with room for a potential third figure (in the back). One would just need to remove the pegs on the floor and insert a seat. I realized that this would make a perfect smalller mid-scale vehicle. More along the lines of an upsized Armadillo or VAMP-class vehicle.
