If GI Joe figures can get the Jazwares distribution channel then they'll be widely accessible which is good for the brand.
With the Fortnite line, Jazwares has been regularly releasing figures and sets way beyond what they announced at conventions, so it would be awesome if GI Joe had the same treatment.
I just hope that their partnership will go beyond cartoony mini figures like they're doing for the Battle Royal line.

I don't really get the idea of "role play items" because Joe designs are not even known by the target demo for those so ::shrug::

i just mentioned to my wife that i suspect that the "big rim" fad was influenced by MM (micro machines not marylin manson). i had a ton of the tiny cars and the cartoonish proportions looked just like the "sittin on 24's" cars now so very common. even factory rim size on "sports" cars and deluxe models have gone to huge rims. i was told that 15" tires are hard to find.

According to Toynewsi.com, there's no sign of GI joe in the Jazwares booth at Toyfair, but there is 4' halo figures with the same articulations as their Fortnite figures.
Why would they have them in Germany according to the rumors, but not at the NY Toyfair is a mystery to me. Maybe there'll be a special event later during the NYTF or the rumors coming out of Nuremberg were BS.
Guess we'll see.

Edit: Maybe they're waiting for Hasbro's big presentation event to reveal anything.
