This guy is so terrible that he's awesome!

This is pretty timely in many ways besides the Halloween theme: some other collectors have recently posted kitbashes of Mummy Mask using Boss Fight and MTF parts:

Nice!

Today's new profile is of the 1991 Heavy Duty figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... -duty.html

This is an underrated figure overall. Despite the fact that he has one of the most often broken accessories in the vintage line, collectors still haven't flocked to him.

Today's new profile is the 1985 Mauler:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... r-mbt.html

It's my favorite Joe tank. But, let's face it, it's everybody's favorite Joe tank!

Today's new profile is the 1993 Ninja Force Snake Eyes figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... -eyes.html

This design for Snake Eyes blends both his ninja and commando sides into something that could have been really cool. Alas, the poor coloring and non standard articulation stopped him from being that great figure.

Today's new profile is of the 1997 Short Fuse figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... -fuse.html

Short Fuse was never a character that resonated with me. I think this 1997 version is better than his original. But, it's not quite the visual diversion of some other 1997 repaints.

Today's new profile is of the Shadowtracker figure by Red Laser's Army:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... acker.html

The skull paint mask turned out far better than I anticipated. And, this figure is a visual treat that extends out the early villains in your collection.

Today's new profile is of the 2002 Big Ben repaint:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... ave-2.html

While he's not overly traditional, the paint apps were good and it was nice to get some diverse colors in the repaint line.

Today's new profile is of the 1988 Windmill figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... dmill.html

Some guys just can't be redeemed and Windmill is near the top of that list.

Today's new profile is of the 1992 Eco Warriors Barbecue figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... becue.html

While I first encountered this mold in Star Brigade, it's original use is an excellent update to the classic BBQ character.

Today's new profile is the Action Force Panther jeep:

This European repaint of the VAMP has found a nice home in my collection.

Today's new profile is the 1988 Tiger Force Flint:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... flint.html

Flint is my favorite figure. So, having an alternate color for him is nice. And, his Tiger Force pattern isn't too ostentatious.

Today's new profile is the 2006 Operation Flaming Moth Range Viper:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... -moth.html

This is a perfectly sensible repaint of an excellent figure. So, why was he so unpopular?

Today's new profile is of the Funskool Buzzer figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... uzzer.html

Buzzer's a childhood favorite of mine and this Funskool version offered a cheap way to get a example with vibrant colors.

Today's new profile is of the Black Major created Red Shadows Cobra Invasor:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... major.html

I like this guy because he looks like something that could have been released and he's a nice addition to the early, named Cobra ranks.

Today's new profile is the 1985 Lady Jaye figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... -jaye.html

The figure's appearance in 1985 was quite a departure from the character that had been introduced in the cartoon.
