The first images of the upcoming "Star Wars:The Mandalorian" Vintage Collection Imperial Troop Transport (MSRP $70) have appeared out of Germany!

Look for more pics in a few weeks at Toy Fair!

Yeah, *THIS* is how you re-do a vintage toy for modern times. Thank you for finally pulling your head out of your ass, Hasbro. Don't f*ck it up from here on out.

For ~$70, you figure they could throw in one figure.

Still, as the only SW vehicle I had as a kid, I have a soft spot for this guy. I thought the cartoon remake they did was nice, but this blows that one out of the water. Between this and the Best Buy AT-ST, they are doing some really nice vehicles for the Mandalorian.

As I said on Facebook, this is something that should be about $20. Maybe $25.

If it included a figure or two, then I could see $30 or $40, tops.

At $70, we're all waiting for Ollie's, Five Below, Marshals, TJ Maxx, etc...

The unfortunate nature of the Disney tax. Last year there were at-sts at Ross for $20. Now, a new paint scheme and figure cost $65 - and we’re originally $80.

That's what happens when a toy line caters to collectors instead of kids.
The Vintage Collection is over priced. The next few waves will even be repacks of figures that were available about 8 years ago for half the price.

How come they don't do vehicles for the regular line? Oh wait, there is no more regular line. Disney replaced it with 5" cartoon styled figures.

The Rebels one was stinky ass with chunks sticking to it. This one will get bought at full price, day one.

I have no idea where you can look at all that it has and say it should cost $20. $80 is indeed overpriced but $20 is ludicrously low. If JoyToy were making it it'd be $50, imho.

That’s pretty neat looking. Not 70 neat. Maybe 39.99 cool.

Yeah $70 stings but they filled it with a butt ton of features, detailing, and paint you wouldn't find on a $20 toy. Plus, because of what it is, it makes for a great display piece to show off figures. I can see a bunch of people propping this on a shelf with the Mando figures once they get released.

About 3 months after the show ended... Great timing on their part. I understand wanting to keep the Child secret, but the Mando should've already been released in the TVC.
They should've made a whole line based on the show. Bounty hunters, the raiders, imperials... just in time for the Holidays too, but I guess toys sell better in March.

Hasbro has been behind for a while in releasing stuff on time. On the bright side The Mandolorian series will be back for more seasons.
