What do you guys mean? Creating toys and media nothing like the IP worked great for the GI JOE movies! I mean, look at all the GI JOE films & products that we’re drowning in! What is it, 8-9 movies now?

After interviewing indie toymakers for an upcoming project I’m working on, they haven’t cited any MTF Kickstarters as being detrimental to their campaigns whatsoever.

They *did* mention other KS campaigns by name that seem to have made collectors question whether KS is a viable way to fund a toyline. Now those consumers are more hesitant to back things, regardless of who may be involved.

That wasn’t the intention of the other creators when they launched crowd-funded projects they believed in, I get that. But, because of these situations, great, original products that could’ve been may never be.

Intention is one thing.

Effect is another.

According to the tracking information provided by the shipper it looks like the shipment has cleared customs. The new listed ETA for it to arrive in my warehouse is 01/30/2020.

No. They split off and are in different factories now.

Until we get some EFs in hand nobody really knows how compatible they are.

I got my box in a day earlier than scheduled and I like them a *lot*. The joints are very sturdy and the colors are fantastic. There are a couple places where the paint didn't reach full saturation, but there's no slop where it counts like the eyes and hair. The Sectaurs should look amazing with their pearlescents.

One issue is that the meat passing through the wrist joints is only 1mm thick and I tore one of Jet Jungle's hands off trying to swap it out. Even with heating I believe the forearms' hold on the wrist peg is stronger than that 1mm of plastic so be sure to grab the wrist itself when pulling, not just the hand.

I received an incorrect figure in my Backerkit delivery (extra Henchman) and missing my Jet Jungle. I reached out to Zica on FB, explained my side, showed a picture, he/they identified the problem, and are shipping me a Jet Jungle. It's been a long slog, but Zica has the right attitude about the future!
