I thought i was the only one even remotely interested heh.

As far as i can tell :
BBI "Elite Force" figures from 2014 with T-crotch / swivel hips have flesh tone plastic (non painted) heads. They *look* painted in many images but video suggest otherwise. This was the line i was most curious about.

The Blue Box BBI "Elite Forces Combat Command" figures with ball jointed hips , which were sold in the US in Target stores , have (sloppily) painted flesh tone heads.

Worth mentioning - the Unimax military figures , which i thought were also BBI, have painted heads as well.

This is all based upon watching review videos and google image searches so... take it all with a grain of salt.
