I just picked up 7 of the X-Files gray alien at Five Below, got a nice squad of 12 now.

Saw the new MOTU heroes line in store.
I almost bought them, but the first assortment didn't really captivate my interest. The 3 Adams in the box had bad paint jobs on the face, I already have Skeletor and Evillyn and I don't really care for Stratos and Mossman.
I hope that I'm the only one thinking this as i wish that the line will be successful and bring in more interesting characters soon as in typical Mattel fashion, it seems like He-man and Skeletor are in every type of release in this line.

You're not the only one thinking that. I've pretty much abandoned the MOTU line short of acquiring Moss Man and potentially Stratos (for custom fodder). The lack of character selection long ago made me reevaluate my nostalgia based love affair with Mega MOTU. He-Man and Skeletor were definite buys for me but you'll need Clamp Champ, Webstor , Jitsu , Roboto and more before i buy anything beyond the 2 main characters. I could give 2 ****s about Fisto and a 17th Beastman .

To their credit...Merman and Stinkor should (?) be out next.

Whenever "next" is.

Yeah it is the 2000's He-Man all over again. You can't find them and when you do find them, it is mostly He-Man and Skeletor.

I dunno, I found Sy-Clone way back then. Of course, he's on a Man-E-Faces card. Quality control has never been Mattel's strong point, either.

Seeing that Borderlands logo under Stinkor has me excited. I have seen pictures of the ClapTrap, and I am really hoping they go all in on this franchise. Its a perfect fit.
