Here's that Lego top hat on the tiny CC head. Would definitely work on a larger head but would need to be dremeled out a bit.

thanks for the reference pic. is it hollow all the way to the top or solid? so you could cut or grind it shorter?

Hmmm, can't quite tell. It's hollow at the opening and little bit further in, but I can't tell if it's more solid toward the top.

i still haven't edited all my dr death pics, and now have went further with "jacob" the zombie mask wearing killer. i knew the first zombie lab head was a easy out, but it is head sized and not big enough to be accurate mask over head size. i really wanted an IJ cemetery warrior head, but couldn't track one down cheap enough. so i dug through my fodder and found this "screaming skull?" off of the huge warcraft ogre? wizard guy i chopped up. i pinned and glued it over a chapmei pirate head to get flesh and ear detail. then i used black hotglue for hair.

now these pics are obsolete (along with about 100 more) because since these i have done more painting. so here are a couple pics.

i haven't had much fun time, but all my pics for dr death and jacob are taken, right now i'm editing :) seems that is my hobby lately.

can anyone help me out with some photo-shop-ing? i still haven't found a simple app that will add text or copy paste, then allow me to save the changes.

i'd like to add this logo to these 3 pics. if someone could "mask, to copy just the letters" the candy corn text and copy paste somewhere artfully like a poster i'll pay it forward oneday :)

This is hilarious.

Literally last night before I went to bed my son asked if he could watch something called Candy Corn and I couldn't find a decent plot synopsis, just a bunch of search results for an anthology flick called The Barn.

Apparently this guy you made (who I found plenty of pictures of) was in both movies?

Still no idea if the movie's appropriate for a 15 year old, but you nailed the look.

wow DOTD! thank you so much!! i wanted to try and send these pics to the director just for fun, and that logo placement is spot on :) :)

spin doctor that is very strange! i was watching way worse at 12, but it just depends on the kid. i think there is more sex in friday 13th series. there is a lot of gore. thanks for the kind words too. now i gotta try and find "the barn"!

this one has been in my curio since i finished it and it has bothered me the whole time! i'm using some heatshrink to "fix" the arms. hopefully i can match the brown.

Great work again.

I like the use of the heat shrink for the arms on CC.

thanks sgcaper! i was usinh hearshrink when i made it, but couldn't get it right. i think adding the base (red) all the way back to the elbow will go a long way to hide it.

i used heatshrink for jacaobs sleeves too. since he is ragged i cut slits for his elbows and turned up his cuffs before i shrank it :)
