Plain and simple AquaBats, using a Jakks Pacific BnB Wrestler of one name or another plus a shrinkcast of a Mattel Batman head from some long-forgotten garage caster (apologies, mate!) and the swimgear from an animated SpiderMan figure from one cartoon or another. The chest symbol is simple cut-n-paste papercraft. I was going for a YearOneMazzuchelli/MattWagner/DarwynCooke flavor. This is from about ten years back, I'm thinking.

I have those flippers and thought they looked too big, but man they fit the style of the Batman so perfectly. Good eye on that use of parts. But where's the shark repellant?

Well done. Looks so much like it came off the Kenner factory line! Great work.

So discriminatory. Where’s Bat-Mission Aquaman?

Great figure though in all seriousness. The directness of it really works wonders
