That face mask still looks very Vader, obviously, but I think it gets a pass based on how great everything works together.

I must say, I can look past the Darth Vader look because it is painted in different colors and the actual helmet is absent. I like it.

And the gaiters, how appropriate! :-D

thanks DanOfTheDead! i knew the mask would be sticking out, and i think several people warned me back 4-5 yrs ago when i started him. i don't collect or customize "starwars" characters, yet lol. i can never say never at this point! the mask being such an iconic part pushed me to make the rest so unique. it really was in my mind "i don't want him to be just the croc master w/vader mask".

i really appreciate it sgcaper!

thanks tim! i could even go as far to say the mad doctor who saved crocmaster found the mask in a holly wood prop house. i should of came up with a new story for him, but i rushed to get him in the gallery. in my verse he was burned horribly in an oil rig fire. that is why he has to wear the mask and breathing tanks all the time. that exposed "head" is just skull ,and is painted white.

this is where i'm at on croc masters boat. i couldn't seem to get flip out ramps with engineering that looked good. insted i went with the metal mesh deck and the side rail covers to ease in hauling up big critters. the bamboo looking door pops off for some small critter or bait storage.

the outboard is one devil fish motor and a starwars part i think. the steering wheel is mounted to a hotwheel scale transport/cargo truck cover. the rubber rail covers were some packaging i think, and there are lots of small fodder bits here and there. i'm ready to get it painted/dirtied up.

i have a lot more pics of these guys but wanted to get a few posted right away :) ever since sgcaper posted about stormtroopers the seed was sewn. saying " i don't customize sw characters" was just fuel on the fire lol just about 24hrs later i started cutting on these guys. i actually sold these, twice! both to the same guy (different accounts) on ebay. the 3rd time i picked these 2 out before the sale because they were the worst damaged with decent articulation. i carved out 3 helmets and painted a 4th real stormtrooper miscast head. the scout? head was off a galactic hero iirc. the other shown in these pics was a miscast helmet i assume sw? maybe not. the heads were miscast i already painted as i used them on some guards for my dragon queen (i sold those bodies too).

i plan on going back into the blood some and weathering them more too.

sorry sgcaper this was all i found when i got to where i was supposed to meet your squad :)

Those figures are just plain awesome! Great work on them. They are gnarly.

Love the helmet and arm at the bottom, that's the perfect 2Dark gruesome touch.

Very interesting take on Croc Master and Overkill. I dig it a lot.

I really appreciate it sgcaper! I never would of made them without your inspiring set.

Thanks alleyviperelite! Crocmaster is real important to me, overkill the exact opposite. I never even knew about overkill until I started making customs. I had this head for him for a long time. Then I started trying to use up fortnite fodder and this just happened. I hope he lands in between the human and full weird robot.
