I suppose it's been covered before, but how easy is it to take apart a Fortnite figure?

I see the BAF pics and wonder if the parts are modded to be put together as opposed to being already put together.

i missed the owl! oh man every single case has something i want. from glasses to shoes the figure has lots of cool bits.

the torsoes pop off pretty easy, but not all balls are the same size. with hot water the arms and legs pop off easily, most of them i have are compatible. the build figures arm and hip balls look bigger. what i don't see is the abdomen that slips over that waist piece.

ETA maybe the suited bodies don't have a abdomen part? i don't have any.

Aside from the Owl, feathered wings and the BAF parts, everything else is just reissues in new colors. I only really want 2 pieces aside from the cases- the little shield and the black/copper backpack in the last image.
