i hate to use the treaded piece before i know what it might be. it is screaming to be a robot though

i found the gold piece on treads! it's a batman launcher! i have been searching through images of old toylines. too many to name ,but everything remotely military/sci fi i could think of. i thought it might be "battle builders" since it looks like it might snap on something else.
