Watched a DC Animated Movie and saw these two characters in the special features. I thought I had a decent knowledge of DC characters, but am blanking on thse two.

The blonde woman is Vera Lynn Black, the sister of Manchester Black, known as Sister Superior.
The other one is Cassandra Cain, the second Batgirl, in a different identity known as Mist.

This was a sort of follow up to Action Comics 775 "What's So Funny About Truth, Justice, and the American Way?" which was the basis for the DC animated movie Superman vs. The Elite

That was the movie I watched. They had a segment in the special features and sometimes used random art for main characters. I didn't realize there was a specific comic covering the Elite.

Awesome. Now I can look up the comic and get an idea of the design.
