I thought we had a thread with a running list of kid bodies but couldn't find it so I'll start. Please add whatever you can think off.

Star Wars: Anakin, padawan, and young Boba Fett

Indiana Jones: Short Round

Chronicles of Narnia: all the kids

Golden Compass; Girl in white coat.

Lots of 5poa-ish options from Funko/reaction. Goonies, ET, Stranger Things, IT, etc.

Yeah the IT and Stranger things are really good because they have modern constructions arms and not just a swivel at the shoulder.

Chap Mei did a kid in one of their civilian lines.

Will Robinson from the Lost in Space movie toyline.

Episode III birth of the twins for babies.

Clone Wars Boba Fett

Any Mask figure w/o facial hair.
Some of the Transformers Human Alliance figures.
If you stretch it, you could use some of the CoD Megabloks figures.

I used Bilbo Baggins for Kit Cloudkicker and a Casey Jones Mega Construx with a Spy Kids head for Molly Cunningham. Both have GI Joe style articulation Image

At 2.5 inches some of the Age of Ultron figures may work as kids, especially the Scarlet Witch one.
