Wow... all this 80s goodness! Huge fan of the He-Man sets as well! Wow!

Thanks. I had originally only intended to make He-Man and then I decided to make Skeletor and well......lol....it just took off.

love your motu! your roster goes deeper than mine too. everyone is true to the actual figured ,but match your project in over all style. it looks like you sculpted most of their outfits which is really cool. that beastman is flamboyant and just crazy good.

Thanks man!. Yeah, I made several more than I had intended to.

that mara and overlord are spectacular! beyond the 80's theme and the huge showing they really stand out as great looking figures. all these are good looking figures. how did you make the swords?

i think i had some of the blackstar figures. i had the green demon for sure. i briefly collected all the colors of demons as an adult, but only kept one green.

These are all spectacular! As I looked through, I was going to comment on specific figures, then I continued on and would see others, and eventually I just couldn't keep track of all my comments! So many great lines and great representations of the characters, though.

Glad you like them. 80s just gives so much great material to work with. In the end I'm just hoping to do them all justice in modern 4 inch form.

Thanks a lot! I was really happy with how they both turned out. Sculpting Overlord's helmet drove me crazy lol.

I cut them out of a sheet of styrene that I picked up at Hobby Lobby. Thinnest sheets they sell. It took me several tries but finally got it.

This was a toy line much like Crystar in the fact that it had no cartoon only a comic to push toy sales. The problem was it only had 3 issues.

Power Lords

Oh jeez! You did Power Lords AND Blackstar? You're crazy: the crazy we need! Phenomenal work! Particularly, Power Lords goes very deep in terms of its designs of a lot of its alien characters.

How far down are you planning to go? Cuz I have requests: Visionaries. Not just everyone they made in that cartoon, (especially Merklyn and the female characters they chose to never make into toys) but also the unreleased figures. Also Bravestarr toyline!

Yes, I've made some Visionaries. After we got Leoric in that SDCC box set back in 2017 or so I knew I wanted to make some at some point. I've only made a few as I hand painted the "holograms" on the chest meaning of course they aren't holograms. I haven't gotten around to Merklyn or very deep into them at all as I really just made a few of my favorites.

Bravestarr is the same. I've only made a few of them but he is part of the project.

I've only made 3 characters from Bravestarr and I'm not overly happy with Bravestarr himself. I'll probably revisit him at some point. I was really happy with how Thirty-Thirty turned out as I thought he would be impossible to make.

Thanks! I'm really proud of how Thirty-Thirty turned out. Funny story about Tex-Hex I was in the process of sculpting his head and I went to JoeFest which is a GI Joe convention and casters have tables set up and boom that head was there. It was great! I didn't have to sculpt it and this one looks awesome.

Thanks man! I just got lucky that the two you named I've done. Lol. I've really tried to be all inclusive but the 80s just had so much great stuff that its tough to even get one person from each franchise.
