These are great. I love how faithful your figures are to the original designs.
Thanks man. I try. It's tough sometimes because the Bionic 6 for example the vintage figures look nothing like the cartoon really and finding pictures of 80s cartoons isn't easy.

i googled images and saw a lot. i have seen a few of the vintage figures on ebay, but i didn't know the line they were from. i had no idea they were metal either. i saw your figures on a gray background too. i really liked the action shots you did.
Yeah they were a bad combination of die-cast and plastic. The plastic was brittle too and broke easily. In addition to that they barely looked like the cartoon....yet I loved them as a kid.
That was my background before getting my light box. I wanted to show that my customs were still action figures and not just statues but can still move. After going to all the effort of sanding joints and all that kind of stuff figured I wanted to show it off.

I have to keep scrolling back through this thread to catch what I’ve missed. I wish I had your focus.
Thundercats are amazing. And I’m totally stealing that Mandrake recipe
Thanks! The source material of the 80s is just awesome stuff.
Thundercats and GI Joe were my too favorites growing up. Have at it. He is such a great and highly underrated character. It's a shame lots of people don't know who he is.
