Well, I've come across another set of new O-ring figures coming out soon:
Callsign Longbow. Right now the website has artwork of the characters and their bios.
Kickstarter is live:

Frankly I'm more excited about these figures than any of the other lines coming out.

https://cslongbow.com/Here is their website. Updated with reasonable regularity.
Looks like they shooting for a smaller suspension of disbelief than GI Joe, while maintaining their diverse elite task force with code names concept.
And they're gonna have an associated comic book too.

I'm more excited for these than SFA. Probably because SFA gives off 87-94 Joe vibes, but Longbow gives off 83-86 Joe vibes.
Is that accurate or am I just loopy?

The guys behind this should be familiar to us, as they are luminaries in the Joe World, and (at least) two of them are OG JoeCustoms guys

New update:
January is almost over so it's probably time for a Development Update on Callsign: Longbow™.
First things first, what we keep getting asked, "when is the Kickstarter launching?" And the answer to that is soon (we just don't know how soon). Sorry. With the rise in costs of (all kinds of) materials, we are working with our factory to get updated, more accurate costs. This is something we really need nailed down before launch so we set our funding and stretch goals properly. That said, we want to launch as soon as we reasonably can, and we are pushing to do so. Hold on a little longer.
But the march to victory continues. The Kickstarter campaign is already partially built, and we are finalizing the order of our stretch goal unlocks.
We have a big announcement about a partnership and a cross-over figure as part of that coming. We're really excited about this one!
We're working with a classic artist who worked on much of the packaging art for G.I. Joe and other lines in the 1980s and 1990s for all new character art. This has been so much fun to work on this week and we can't wait to show you!
We've been working with the team over at Broken Icon Comics on the Callsign: Longbow™ comic. The script is done and we've moved on to art!
So we have lots more to share with you in the coming weeks. For this week we wanted to share this new cast of Lancer in more accurate colors that our good friend Raginspoon put together for us. You should see it before Troy messes it up trying to paint it.
As a reminder, if you haven't yet, please like and follow us on your favorite social media platform to stay informed when we announce our launch date.

Proud to say I was one of the first folks. I’m in for 6 figs. Hell, I may increase my pledge later.
