Is the They Live figure a conversion from a ReAction type figure? It's great. The Dukes and A-Team figures are perfect. They directly scratch a nostalgia itch for me, as I had them all. Of course I also had the 3.75 A-Team figures which were cheap as hell. lol.

Recently bought a vintage General Lee, but it doesn't quite live up to the memory I had of it.

Super easy custom. I cut the head off the Reaction figure dremeled a hole and painted the neck and hands of a suited Marauder body.

Yeah those 3.75 inch A-Team were horrible, but I loved the bigger figures and always wanted those in Joe scale.

Is Burton wearing a separate shirt over the torso or am I imagining the gap between the shirt and the shoulders?

Love the Duke boys and would love for you to try an' make Daisy.

Now you just need to get a cast of the convention Piper and use the Duke boys recipe to make George Nada to chew his bubble gum and kick some... ;-)

Nope not your imagination he is indeed wearing a shirt over the torso.

I would actually love to make the whole cast!

You read my mind. Definitely want that head cast and then just paint a plaid shirt.

Well, can't really have a Best of the 80s group without the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Honestly in addition to them being huge in the 80s to me they transcend the 80s and were big into the 90s similar to The Real Ghostbusters.

I almost didn't add them to this project since they have had so many versions of them released in action figure form, but never in true 4 inch form. I would have liked to have had them even a little shorter than they came out. They are shorter than 4 inches though so they fit in just fine.

I may eventually add April and Bebop and Rocksteady.

I have completed several M.A.S.K. and VENOM agents. I have a few more I wanted to get to, but they have been pushed back. I'll post some group shots of the ones I've finished along with some pics with the vintage MASK stuff later.

mask is another one i didn't play with as a kid, but i've seen a lot of customs of them. yours are really cool looking and keep the cartoon feel, but still nice modern proportions. i'm not sure how you made their masks, but imagenext figures might be a good place to find fodder.

Thanks guys.

I do have more MASK and VENOM agents planned but haven't started any of the sculpt work or anything on them yet. I have a few others I'm working on finishing up before I get back to them.

I still need to post some masked and unmasked pictures standing with the vintage figures. I thought I had, but now I realize I hadn't.
