thanks scruffyronin !

harlie i was back and forth on grey or green. the sw character is green so "roger" won out! maybe roger, roger, and his other podmate roger :)

finally got some pics. took forever to get them uploaded. i guess i had to wait for the sky to be clear, wind to stop blowing, and maybe the stars to align! satellite internet is bad, but slightly better than the dial up we had i guess.

any way lots of things going on in many different directions.

first up is a mostly lbc hit man using a FN wildcard. i added some other FN hands from havok?, and did the trigger finger cut allowing proper gun grip. i like drbindy's idea of swapping in heads instead of 5 figures using identical bodies. it saves space and $$$.

Image
rumblers head, marauder silenced desert eagle, chap mei? hk rifle

i used to have the marauder hk usp silenced pistol and would like it for this guy. i plan on adding a silencer to the rifle too.

Image
another rumbler head. this guy is kind of goofy looking, but reminds me of a villain from gotham.
Image

Image
Image
b-n-b head that i got missing his mullet in back so i just sculpted in some hair and unknown s&w looking handgun

ImageImage
i'm not digging this one so far. rumbler head from my first hit man custom. i sculpted this hair and a ponytail (not shown) trying for a natural born killers look. maybe i'll sculpt on him some more or just not use it. reference pic
Image

here he is with destro for size along with my next custom
Image

Image
colossus head on FN base with arms from 2 other fn figures. lower legs are marvel with boots from a leatherface figure. unknown duster, but it looks like chap mei? someone on here gave me the rp block a few years ago, i tried casting some and failed to get even one good one. i added a fn handle. i'm not sure where this guy fits or who he will be. it was a build for my growing fantasy verse, but he kind of looks like a batman villain with this head. i started calling him marv for some reason :) but he is kind of small for this dude.

i worked some on my voo doo trio i started a few yrs ago. MR. HAND, MR. MAN, and MR. BONES. all pretty much lbc's.

MR.H is fn with modified corpse head and hat from an anime statue. his cape and cane are sw with a head from an unknown larger scale cane. his very large hand "hand of doom?" is from colossus and i'm not 100% i like it. i have a few other cool looking hands, but they are right hands.

MR.M is sw with me joe head and bf feet. his jacket is mib and hat cut from an older penguin figure. i made his medicine bag from a pouch cut from? i'm not sure if i mentioned that MR. MAN transforms into a monkey at will or possibly he is a monkey that transforms into a man at will? i just got this monkey in a lot and like him much more than the other one i was using. the "whiskey" is a doll house wine bottle i've had for a long time.

MR. B is fn with falcon? head ,sw cape, and cast (monopoly?) hat i got from sgcaper. his cane is a stone skull bead on an ij staff. he will have a swap in skull head too. i want to find some white gloved hands and some white rocker dress shoes for him.

i finally put together a predator using ice giant and FN parts. i have several of these planned and could use some more ragnorak parts, raven lower arms, and fn bare feet.

Image
reaction head and shoulder gun. FN ragnorak upper torso and shoulder armor, raven forearms, carbide? lower legs, yetti? feet. ice giant mid/lower torso, upper legs, upper arms, and hands. i have a lot of the reaction heads but only this one with moth open. i hope some paint will take the "goofy"out of his face!

Image
alongside my female pred wip, and a halo figure i might use for a larger pred.

Image
here he is with destro and reaction body for size

Image
after hobbling together that blue devil/dragon rider guy i got fired up to redo my other riders. as i get more army builders some will be guards for the dragon queen. i could use some more snow serpent furry bits if anyone has spares!

Image
my wild dragon rider got some new arms from another pop figure, hands from ns joe, and chest armor from lp.
old spike head got a unfeathered scarf , my now standard sw arms w/me snow serpent mitts, and a hobbled together fn from the waist down. i'll probably swap in raven lower when i get one.

Image
here are my favorite army builder combo with me joe heads

Image
i also have a few bf heads i might use. i think they would look good with some sort of helmet. any ideas?

Image
i have these 2 heads that were dragon riders. final faction drone and unknown cast. they may get used like shown here or on some more unique figures in the same over all feel. i really like the ff head with the feathered collar.

Image
i tried out the ff head on the unfeathered torso and don't like it as much. maybe a helmet or a top knot would look ok? the kylo heads don't work well with the feathers, but they might get used somwhere in my dragon queen army.

Image
i robbed the fn lower from my dragon knight. so when i put him back together went with a taller leaner look. fn waist, marvel upper legs, pop lower legs/boots. the rest of his build is a lizard torso and arm i saved from a busted figure, 2 sw vader arms combined (to get better length and articulation) drax head w/unknown horns, ns cape/shaw, unknown skirt ,and an unknown claw made unto his staff.

Image
i'm back to thinking of him as a dragon king or prince alongside the queen rather than just her knight.

Image
with destro for size, i'm thinking i'll make him a soft goods skirt and belt combo so he can sit on the throne or mount a dragon easier.

Image
last up is this knight inspired by "the death dealer". i thought the skumm helmet was a closer match when i started on him, but had to cut the small up turned horns off and add these (still need to be shaped up some).

Image
rumbler head on a marvel base, upper arms, legs and boots. power rangers lower arms. fur collar is cut from a sw han solo coat. belt is from a chap mei griffin w/unknown spawn skull carved down ( it had large danzig-ish horns). shoulder skull armor was off a karate fighter guy that i had hollowed out for a different figure. straps are patched together kibble.

Image
skirt is 3 pieces of black t-shirt. i soaked/slathered them in elmers glue mixed w/black paint. i first used elmers in softgoods on my SE contest entry and it makes the fabric firm and hold a pse better. lots of wire sewn through and twisted holding it all together. i hate stands, but this was a must use as i couldn't keep everything on as it all came together piece by piece. i probably redid the belt 10 times, and will need at least once more to get everthing mounted/painted.

Image
here he is alongside my other huge knight.

Image
and with destro for size

Image
i still want to carve on his helmet and work on his boots. maybe an armor overlay or swap them out for armored boots/feet. i also want to add a cape of the same material his skirts are made from to fill out his waist profile some. his axe is just a stand in until i can make a metal one.

that's it for now.thanks for looking and i'd love to hear what you think.

What do I think?

You’re a mad genius. Your parts usage never ceases to amaze me. It’s so good and always inspires.

Great work on each piece

Amazing work! Your fantasy stuff is among the best I've seen.

Question: What did you use for the base figure in the photo below?

this is kind of a resto-mod. something i wouldn't normally do, but i'm thinking i'll put him in my 4sale stuff with other b-n-b items and as he was put together didn't look quite right for a wrestler. i swapped ij feet in where he had boots, some shorter gloved hands, and a marvel rage? head. the bare ankles and logo on his pants were painted over black, but while boil/popping him it started coming off so i scrubbed it back to factory paint.

i really appreciate it! i owe all my fantasy stuff to JC members who got in my head like drbindy, the spectre, cheif , and many others. i really had no interest in fantasy stuff, but now it is one of the most engaging and satisfying part of my verse. that is an lbc on a build-n-brawl figure. i don't know the characters name though. when i got it someone had added boots and painted the legs so i just "restored" it by adding the feet, hands, and the only head i had that looked like a wrastlin' wild man.

Thanks! I was wondering what you meant by "b-n-b." Been looking for a barrel shaped base figure. This might fit the bill.

I believe those horns are from the McFarlane Soul Calibur II Necrid Figure. https://mcfarlane.com/toys/necrid/

Great work on everything by the way. You have great skill in getting all those different figure parts to work so well together.

Those suited Fortnote figires are fun, aren't they?

My wife grabbed me a bunch of them during lockdown and I haven't done anything with them, but you're giving me ideas.
