The Dutch figure has been in progress for several years, just finally finished him up as it was the weapons that stumped me. I couldn't figure out what to make them out of! For the bow I tried bottle rocket sticks boiled in water and bent to shape, but they wouldn't stay bent...plus they were too thick. I did use them for some of the extra weapons, but ended up using coated wire. For the vine wrappings on all the different weapons I used floral wire. It's been so long since I started him that I can't remember what the base body is...maybe a GI Joe movie Dwayne Johnson? I also can't remember where I got the head...one of the on-line sellers.

Snake is a mix of Boss Fight and Maurader body parts with a Spartan 1:18 head. Weapons are from several sources while the wrist band and watch are custom. I know it's more of a mash-up and not directly 100% authentic to the film, but I wanted to have some fun with this after some customs I've seen on Facebook.

Riddick has also been in progress for a long time. He was all done except the ulak blades, but the head was all wrong for Riddick. I finally found one from Spartan 1:18, painted it up and he was finally more accurate.

I think they made one way back for the second movie, but it might not have been 4". The accessories for Dutch were some of the best work I've done so far...which I guess isn't saying a lot since in the movie they were basically just sticks and vines. :-D

Wonderful stuff.

My only suggestion on Riddick would be to paint the irises just a smidge wider, and maybe a bit of metallic silver mixed in to create the "I can see at night" effect.

His eyes do look a bit odd, I agree with you. I'm not sure silver
would show much at that scale, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

I have to say I'm pretty happy with him. I think his eyes look a bit off, but I'm afraid if I go messing with them I'll end up ruining them.
