I’m guessing DarkJedi is referring to missing the submission deadline rather than the funding campaign.

BackerKit funds will count toward our manufacturing goals and will continue unlocking figures! For example, Roboskull raised $609,878 during their Kickstarter campaign, and another +$300k during their BackerKit. We hope for similar gains, and as our total raised increases, the unlocks will continue!

Back to Midnight Ops Retelo!

Midnight Ops Retelo is our MIDWAY BONUS FIGURE. To celebrate surpassing half of our funding objectives at $240k, we will unlock this figure alongside Clanker and Tank! We'll go from 8/19 funded to 10/19 funded at that time. This figure will be included for FREE with every "ALL-IN pledge! (18 figures)." We want to thank our all-in backers for being all-in on Operation: Recall. They will be receiving 19 carded figures for $21.84/each. All Army Builders and Pick 4/6/8 backers can also select Midnight Ops Retelo as part of their assortment. Every other backer will be able to add Midnight Ops Retelo to their order as an add-on. We want every backer that wants to own this figure to be able to own this figure!

Your responses to Ron and Mark's ideation updates were overwhelmingly positive, so I decided to put together a quick video showing my process for creating the Midnight Ops color study and packaging. I hope you enjoy!

less than 10k left before the second child's submission is funded.

if it hasnt been brought up yet, they have the ip and intention to continue funding and unlocking figures in backerkit (like some other modern sculpt campaigns have that most of you follow)

also, did anyone say that some guy named larry hama is doing the file cards for this? who is that guy? the only one i know was on mash for a couple of episodes.

yeah he was the bucky o hare guy.

so anyway, i had something cleared up for me this morning about the post campaign backerkit thing. apparently, that if you dont join the kickstarter campaign now for less before it's up, you still have the opportunity to potentially join the backerkit after for a little higher cost.

im emphasizing "potentially" because when it was mentioned that the backerkit would be similar to roboskull's how it gained over 300k through backerkit, it wasnt mentioned that non kickstarter backers were able to join the backerkit and purchase through there. it was my experience before this morning's news that if you didnt back the campaign, you didnt get a shot at doing it for a second time at all afterwards. so, dont trust that they'll open it up for nonbackers out of the goodness of their heart (longbow never insinuated that they would continue funding through backerkit. - example)

6 days left, 5429 shy of opening the last figure of wave 2! dont wait!

You are right. But the big difference between a pledge in the KS and buying after in the Backerkit it's the cost per unit.

With the all-in pledge in the KS, you can get a fig for around $21. After in the Backerkit you will pay each fig for $30. That's a big différence.
