thanks for chiming in. i spend a lot of time part swapping. for every incarnation you see here there were 10 or more changes.
oldest pic i have handy of them. i was well frustrated with everyone and set them aside for a long time.

I really dig that Stinkor using the Rocket head and Merman, and I'm not a huge MOTU fan. Great parts choices.

The Predator team is great, what torso are you using for Billy in this pic?

thats from an indiana jones temple guy, but not sure which one. there is just a home made peg glued into the destro waist. i'm going to try and dial in his height some, maybe those forearms too.

WOW! I so badly wanted that team from Predator to be made in Joe scale when I was a kid. Such awesome part choices too. I really like that you post your process so we can follow along as you work through the customs.

i appreciate it! a lot of projects it's feedback that really keeps me going. a fodder lot from dropshipbob got me to pull this set out again. it was change one then the next and so on.

it looks like the pics i'm posting via fb are disappearing. i'm just seeing little image icon's. i try to open them in a new tab and get this "URL signature expired".
i don't know if that is what fb does or maybe the ttps thing again? my wife said fb hosts pics "forever" is why so many people use it for pics.

thanks. i really never thought i'd still be swapping parts at this point! i might cool it for a few while i think about what needs sculpting on them. everyone has rocker ankles now, but only the retro stalker bits have a swivel. i'm thinking about adding swivel to everyone else at the boot line since i hate how they have to stand unnatural w/o it.

i moved that last pic to my laptop from fb so i could upload it back to my free host site. at least it won't vanish after 2 days. i really don't want to do that for every pic, but i hate for my thred to just have no pics after a few days.

i started piecing together my alien crew at the same time i picked the pred guys back up. i hope they look like a rag tag group but are close enough. the big guy was a total accident, but matched a kenner figure so well i'm sticking with him.

i appreciate it. i'm hoping paint helps them look less like skittles. i'm not even solid on all the characters. i know ripley , dallas (needs blond painted black), science officer in teal, animal? in orange, the big guy is so kenner apone, maybe before he joins the marines?, then the last guy in tan ??

i've swapped all the heads around a lot . this was my 3rd ripley and best look over all even though it is a mix of a lot of different movie looks.

Curious to see where you go with the heads, especially Chancellor Velorum (sp?).
