Back at Christmas, I bought some of the little packs of "World's Smallest" items from 5 Below. I got the He-Man figure that was in some of them and decided I need a good way to display him. I found a Castle Greyskull on a 3D file site and thought it'd be perfect. It was my longest print to date, clocking in at 26.5 hours. Print was done at .2mm layer height. I started to go for .15 or .1 but those moved the time to 40+ hours each and for the size of the print, I just didn't want to run that long. It's a little undersized for the figure but works well enough for displaying. I messed up and didn't use any supports, so the roof of the castle did not print but for display, it won't matter and I can print a replacement and glue it on if it bothers me. Behold the fortress that houses all the secrets and mysteries of the universe!

Straight off the printer with no cleanup:

Nice. Looks like the file is based on a statue I’ve seen.

I think it is. Now that I know it looks decent printed out, I'm thinking about blowing this up to Mega size, cutting it into printable sections, and maybe adding some floors/making the back wall and roof removable to turn it into a play set.

It's about 4" cubed. I'm not familiar with the blind box one.

That is fantastic and would make a nice piece to set on a desk for conversation starters.

I'll be reprinting these guys in resin to get a better quality figure but I wanted to see what my old DaVinci Pro was capable of since it had been sitting for a few years unused and ignored. I'm pleasantly surprised:

Zoomed in, you can see the layer lines (printed at .2mm layer height):

25th Anniversary Beachhead decided to stop by to help give a sense of scale:

Now I wanna see all the different kid figures that’ve come out (like Stranger Things) playing with those. Posing them and taking pics
