I want one of these like a fat kid wants cake but there are no Mejir stores in NJ :(

Same here. Wonder what the Pacific Northwest equivalent of Meijer is...

I would believe that is Fred Meyer
not the same company of course but a similar regional store

this isn't a store exclusive

I hope it isn’t a store exclusive because there aren’t any Meijers locations in North Carolina either.

It isn't a store exclusive, but Walmart and Target are still swimming in the Mr.Freeze/Batwing sets (Target has clearanced them TWICE and still keep restocking) so they may never get this set before whatever set comes after it is released.

If Target and Walmart don’t carry the set, hopefully Ross will eventually get their stock.

That is another issue- only 2 Ross stores in NJ and neither of them are less than 2 hours away from me :(

Had an interesting idea—one could use the gold chase Superman as his future incarnation ’Superman Prime’ from the 1998 DC story “DC One Million”.

That’s a good idea. I didn’t initially have any use for the black suit Superman until I watched Superman and Lois season 1 and decided to use him as Tal-Rho.

If the Ross near me ever gets any of the Swamp Thing sets, I would be happy to pick one up for you. :-)

I use him as how Supes appeared in Convergence/Rebirth.

Saw this today at WalMart. Sorry, didn't catch the price.

I'm still wondering why they changed the leg and waist construction (along with the sizing of the figures themselves) for this and The Batman before it. (Well, not so much in the sizing for the figures for The Batman.)

I mean I guess it started as trying to scale the rest of the cast to the Rock and then someone said, "Hey, we could also cut out a bunch of parts if we remove articualtion too and make it cheaper." Then someone else said, " Yes. Let's do that! No one cares about anyone else except the Rock in this toyline."

The Batman line had more to do with making closer to the movie and less like the other Batman toyline it is sitting right next to on the pegs. I think, overall, they did a good job with it. Collectors seemed to like the line, but what really surprised me was how much kids bought it. Over the summer I had my pre-k nephew and his friend with me on a trip to Walmart. I told them if they were good during the trip I'd let them each get a toy. I thought for sure they'd go for the light sabers, squirt guns, or Lightyear stuff. Nope, The Batman. And neither of them have seen the movie. Proving Batman just sells.

I can’t really tell you what you should do based on your personal preferences … but if you are asking which one should serve as an individual (with the other being an army builder?), I would choose the top one.
