I have a Marauder M14 but it looks tiny in his hands. I really want to print or find a Ruger Mini-14 (what they used in the shows when they replaced the M16s)

That's the one. For some reason I thought they were a version of the AK but just did a quick google search and realized what I was thinking of was the Ruger. They kept them in a box in the back of the van.

Did you have to mod the head at all to get it to fit?

One of the 4" Fortnite guns looks like the ruger, but the stock is upside down. Maybe one of the 6 or 7" line has it.

Everything is looking great. Both those swamp rats are killer.

No mods at all. It just popped on

First up

“I Pity The Fool” that doesn’t rush out to get the pets* to make this LBC

*No pets were harmed in the making of this custom.

I have a Mr. T figure on preorder at Amazon that I'm planning to do this with. I need to remember when I'm doing a Gridiron order that I need one of their AKs for him.
I just figured out the no pets were harmed” thing. I was so confused. I fixed it

You’re doing great work as always.

That’s a great build on the Rocketeer, which stands out to me as I’m working on my own and now contemplating my approach.

Love how consistent you are at producing great customs, and love that you cover the gambit of genres and don’t just lock in on one theme

Thanks man. I appreciate it.

The Rocketeer was a fun one. It just kinda came together. I did have 2 other torso options on the table; 25th Hawk and a Cobra Commander. But I’ve always liked the Storm Shadow torso as a leather jacket. It’s the first brown version I’ve done though. Can’t wait to see what you come up with.

Thanks again. That means a lot. I’ve been trying to make stuff based on the parts I have so it’s been making for interesting figures.

Such an impressive group. They look like a few years worth of exclusives or two of the old boxed sets.

I FINALLY got one of my 3-D printers set up and made the test prints and they came out flawless.

I still have LOTS to learn but this is going to change my customizing in a big way

I have a set of GigaBread files printing now. Im hoping they come out okay. I’ll know in just over an hour

After making so many figures I'm really going to force myself to work on a few vehicles. The first is going to be based on the Tumbleweed made by board member Hyporea:

http://www.joecustoms.com/customs/custo ... e=5&id=752

I have primed the base vehicle and added the wheels to the front. Now I'm going to mod stuff, add accessories, and then paint it all up. I'm hoping to have it done quickly.

The second one I'm going to tackle is the Mauler by NinjaPleazee:

https://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-joe- ... auler.html

I've had the RHINO and turret painted for years! I've just let them sit and sit and sit. It's time to finish it. I'm not sure I'll be doing the lift that NP did. Feels like too much work to me cause I'm lazy. But I will get that darn turret to work.
