My first Mission Impossible custom.

The character of "the voice on the tape" is so important to the MI mythology that it had to be referenced by the inclusion of the recorder as Phelps' accessory.

Which, sadly, is a different continuity than the Tom Cruise movies, which started off by resetting. It made Jim Phelps a bad guy.

I agree that this could have passed for Hannibal, and I didn't even realize it!

I originally started this custom with a Star Trek The Motionless Picture Decker head. But the hair parted the opposite direction, so I found another head with fairly close face and resculpted the hair.
