3 customs to start the year.

Major VOLK.
My homage to the Callsign Longbow action figure line.

Next, a long overdue character, BENNET, from the Commando 1985 movie.

And finally, in a collaboration with LIVEVIL, my Secret Wars Doctor Octopus. An homage to the 1984 Mattel toy line.

Thanks for looking.

I wanna say it's Blanka.

It isn't the 2014 era Marvel 3.75 or the Marvel Legends Showdown figure.

That Bennet is AMAZING! I would never have thought to use that Lowlight v2 torso like that, because--holy "LASER BLAST"!--how would one ever pull of that mesh/chain-mail paint-effect? Just incredible. The others are great, as well, but that Bennet is next level.

Thank you for the kind comments!

According to LIVEVIL, Octopus head base is GUILE! I believe him, he can make whatever from whatever. I just wanted to use a Wildbill v2 head, shaving his mustache and sanding the hair a bit, but LIVEVIL gave me the perfect Doc Ock head. He is an amazing customizer.

I originally had Guile as a possibility.

My local Big Lots had a ton of the Guile helicopter sets back in the day and I cleaned them out. Took the flat top of one Guile head off and sanded it until it looked like Creed the Absorbing Man. Used the head for my Dreadnok Brutus WIP.

There are all great, with the painting on Bennett's chain mail being very impressive!

Thank you! I used the drybrush technique.

SECRET SANTA PROJECT organized by Tim Arahcustomizar at the OWN facebook group.

I got these two WIPs from Jerry Siy and two other figures. I liked both ideas. I wanted to change some of the parts but it wasn't allowed, however I had to replace CoCo legs because I broke them when disassembling.

Cobra Commander in flying suit. The WIP was painted in a metallic blue, I liked the look and decided to keep it, so I painted it chrome silver and then applied Tamiya Clear blue. I made his backpack with scrapped parts and a magnet. I see this flying suit as a light version of that of TARGATs since it is just to provide the Commander a fast and easy way to escape or land instead of a suit for engaging in battle.

Next is Samus Aran from Metroid. Since I liked the CoCo metallic look, I tried some new metallic paints on her. But first I had to unglue the torso and the helmet and find a head for her. I leave the "canon" and helmet as they were just because I liked how they look.

Of the two, that Cobra Commander has my money. Really like the look. That flight pack is immensely cool!

The Metroid colors on (what I think is) space Cobra Commander's chest, and the earthy tones on the Techno-Viper arms?

Super trippy. Reminds me of the MASK repaints. Great stuff!
