I got my Jurassic Park Steven Spielberg set

Well today was my birthday and I got a Venom Rumbler and an 8 pack of cucumber lime Gatorade from my son (and that's it so far ). But on the bright side I recently won another "What's Wrong With These Figures" contest in one of my FB groups and the prize arrived today. A fairly nice Astro-Viper and another letter from Cobra Commander about the irresponsibility of his troops.

Found "new" 3" figures at Dollar (.25) Tree the other day. They seem to just be Chap Mei knock-offs. Saw 4 different ones.







Bought this one because of the Alley Viper knock-off backpack.

My son grabbed me one of the Gundams that have been popping up at Dollar Tree. I was hoping for the green one, but unfortunately it was the only design they had.

Any articulation or just a static figure?

The head turns and the shoulders have classic Chap Mei style up/down movement. The legs are static and though it looks like there should be elbow movement I haven't been able to get it to do so. Hands swivel.

I found the BTTF set for 50% off so I grabbed it for the Deloreon and the case.

The 2 displays are from Temu. I got both stands and a hat holder for $10 shipped. I was suspicious but it all came super fast.

Got a bunch of Battle Beasts off Facebook. Now to stock up on some RAH heads and accessories to make some customs.

Fox will be armored CC (I love making these and I’ve sold each one I’ve made so now I need one for my own collection.

Carp is going to become an Eel (this will be a new one for me)

Gator is going to be Croc Master (this will be the second I’ve made)

The Squirrels will become gliders like Night Vulture and Black Vulture and Air Commandos

The rest I’m not sure of yet

I'm mildly surprised that, to this date, we haven't seen a proper update of Battle Beasts (official or not). A few projects have been close over the last few years. I've made some customs in the past myself

You'd think Takara would have made a
... zoo exclusive set of figures (they would have sold so well). You'd think someone would have made 1:18 figures (heck even 5 POA figures). You'd think Mega Construx like Battle Beasts figures would have been made by.. anyone.

And yet here we are.
