And yet here we are.
Minimates tried. I got a two pack years ago. I wasn’t a fan of the blocky style.

A well-articulated Battle Beasts line, at pretty much any smaller scale (1:18 or below) would be easily one of the top two toy dreams come true for me (a Crystar line with modern articulation would be the other). I love the beasts, and I would spend ridiculous amounts of money on them if someone produced such a thing.

Ok, those don't even look like the Battle Beasts.

Not to derail this thread but at one point I was heavily invested (time and resources) in the Battle Beasts vintage line and an update. There's no way I'd pass on a Mega Construx type Battle Beasts update and I'd even buy 1:18 versions.

After I finish my next 3d project I may make another figure that's faithful to the vintage line but updated. Hopefully someone beats me to it.

Unfortunately not 1/18, but Hasbro is testing the waters with a 1/12 Crystar line.

I've successfully avoided the 6" stuff, but I'm totally buying that Crystar. I love the original too much to pass on it.

YES. Your custom Beasts are quite possibly my favorite custom project out there these days.

We’re taking a weekend trip to ME and NH. We stopped at the Crytozoology Museum and grabbed a Swuatch figure and postcard to go with my hat.
