Someone on the GIJCC boards got their newsletter and the date is reported in there.

I understand that they need time to get contracts signed, but if this is in the newsletter, that means they knew about it at least a few weeks ago and still didn't say anything publicly. That's kind of crappy from a planning point of view, in my opinion.

Ah, well...

Guess it gives me a chance to see even more of the South east.

This will be the first one for me to get to go to. I don't know how many days I can be there, but I'll figure it out closer to the time for the convention. Probably end up doing a Friday drive over and come back Sunday.

Only a 10-hour drive away!

My uncle is one of the managers of the Texas Rangers and he's been inviting me to come visit the stadium since I was a kid and I never made it. I'm truly going to make the best out of this convention.
