Enforcer is Cobra's top Viper. He rose through the Viper ranks in true Cobra fashion - lying, cheating and back-stabbing his way to the top. Enforcer has survived countless battles with G.I. Joe and was one of Cobra's initial recruits. It is widely rumored that Cobra Commander himself has taken a personal interest in Enforcer's career and has taken steps to see to his advancement. While no one has directly questioned the Commander on this issue it is quite evident that he is involved to some degree as Enforce wears an updated prototype version of the Commander's battle armor.
Enforcer is the field commander of the Cobra Viper Corps. He takes orders only from Cobra's high command staff and carries them out with a rabidness that borders on maniacal obsession. The Vipers under his command fear and respect him though few would hesitate to eliminate him if the situation presented itself. It is the Cobra way and Enforcer knows and accepts this as part of the job.
